Specialty Cakes and Cupcakes
Our cakes and cupcakes are best served at room temperature. Cakes will last for 2-3 days if stored covered in the refrigerator. Cupcakes may be enjoyed the next day if stored covered in the refrigerator. We recommend allowing your cake to come to room temperature before serving so please leave your cake out of the refrigerator for two hours before serving.
Tarts & Petit Fours
All tarts and petit fours are best if served at room temperature. All petit fours may be kept for several days if stored covered in the refrigerator. All tarts will last for up to three days if stored covered in the refrigerator.
Brownies & Cookies
All brownies and bars are best if eaten within a few days of purchase and stored covered in the refrigerator. Let the brownies and cookies come to room temperature before serving. Vanilla bean sugar cookies may be enjoyed up to a week after purchase and may be left at room temperature.
Morning Pastries
All morning pastries are baked fresh everyday and are best if enjoyed the day they are purchased. They may be stored for one day in an airtight container and re-heated in a 250 degree oven for 10 minutes.
Chocolate Candies
Keep all chocolate in a cool dry place. If stored covered in the freezer they will last for up to six weeks.
