Alexa is our master chocolate maker & manager. Alexa is a graduate of CHIC and has trained at several leading restaurants. Alexa and Sarah have been working together since 2004 and the thought of running the store without Alexa is too scary to even think about!
Rafael Ornelas
Rafael is our head pastry chef. Rafael has over fifteen years of experience in the pastry world and has an extreme talent and passion for pastry. Rafael and Sarah met when Sarah was apprenticing under him in 2000.
Rafael is critical to the success of Sarah’s Pastries & Candies!
